Putin rallies countrymen to form reserve forces – as Moscow continues to lose momentum on the battlefield, the Russian President issues an order for a “partial mobilization” of individuals who serve in reserve troops.

As a result of the mobilization order, an extra 300,000 service members will be summoned to duty in Ukraine.

An anti-war organization in Russia has called for demonstrations throughout the country to take place on Wednesday evening.

The decision to mobilize comes only one day after Russian-occupied territories declared their intentions to hold referendums on annexation.

The decision to mobilize forces and the holding of “fake” elections are indicators, according to Western authorities, that Russia’s invasion is failing.
