Is the Emergencies Act “illegal” and “unconstitutional”? I believe there is a question that has to be posed, and it is a basic one. That question is, at what point in time did the liberal government genuinely offer an olive branch and do everything it believed it could to address the valid concerns that were being voiced by protestors?
