Pasta with a Creamy Smoked Sauce and Sausage

The items required:

1 cooked cup of your favorite spaghetti
Sliced into 1/4-inch rounds, you’ll need 1 package (a little more than 1/4 kilogram) of turkey smoked sausage.
2 quarts of whole milk
Parmesan cheese, grated, 1/2 cup
The equivalent of 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning

Sausage should be cooked for 5 minutes in a big pan over medium heat, rotating periodically. Bring your heavy cream plus the Cajun spice to a boil and stir in. Turn down the heat when the mixture starts to boil and simmer for three to four minutes, or until the consistency begins to thicken.

Put it in a serving basin after it’s done cooking. Cooked pasta should be added to the bowl after the Parmesan has been stirred in. Mix well, and then set it aside to chill for a while before serving.

Lovely Buttery Spaghetti

The items required:

1/2 pound of ground beef 1 cup of cooked spaghetti
Tomatoes, one can, whole and peeled
a tablespoon of chopped ginger, 3 garlic cloves
Four Tablespoons of Butter, Salted
Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.

First, in a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat to prepare the sauce. Warm the butter and add the garlic. Cook for 1 minute. Toss in the entire, peeled tomatoes along with their juices and a pinch of freshly cracked pepper.

You may use a spoon to mash the tomato into smaller pieces. Combine all of the ingredients by stirring them together well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring periodically, for 30 minutes (breaking tomatoes into small pieces).

When everything else is done, sprinkle some salt on top and throw in some cooked spaghetti. Coat the spaghetti with the sauce by stirring it around. Serve hot.

Spicy Pumpkin Pasta

The items required:

Egg fettuccine pasta, one and a half cups
2 and a half cups of thick whipped cream
Five minced garlic cloves
Pureed pumpkin, one cup’s worth (canned pumpkin)
Parmesan cheese, grated, 1/2 cup

If using butter, melt it in a skillet and sauté the garlic for 1 minute over medium heat. Combine the pumpkin puree and whipped cream. After 3–4 minutes, remove from heat and mix in cheese.
Combine the sauce and the cooked pasta. Salt and pepper to taste, and add water if you’d like a thinner consistency.
