The young and ambitious members of Generation Z are struggling with a variety of mental health disorders as a result of the 2.5 years of lockdowns, limitations, fear messaging, isolation, and damaging regulations they have been subjected to.

According to the findings of an investigation carried out by Harmony Healthcare IT, millions of young people are now coping with newly developed issues related to their mental health as a direct result of the covid-19 controversy.

According to the findings of Pew Research, Generation Z refers to the group of young people who were born between 1997 and 2012 and includes around 68 million children and adolescents (ages 10-25).

According to the most recent poll, 42 percent of members of Generation Z are now dealing with mental health concerns, and the majority of these problems may be managed with regular counseling and medication. These issues include Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, depression, or post-traumatic stress (PTSD) (PTSD). 8 percent of people have despair, while 9 percent of experience anxiety on a regular basis.

Most young people nowadays struggle with feelings of isolation, unsurety, anxiety, and despair.

75 percent of youngsters who participated in the poll said that the period/time of the (lockdown) had a bad influence on their mental health, as it resulted in intense feelings of isolation and an overwhelming sense of unpredictability over the future.

20 percent of the respondents in the survey see a psychotherapist on a weekly basis, and 39 percent get weekly treatment for mental health concerns. Unbelievably, 57% of them regularly require some kind of medicine in order to get through life.

This generation is twice as likely to deal with mental discomfort than the 2 generations that have come before it, Millennials & Generation X. This generation is the generation that is now alive.
