A “smart city” is an urban region that is forward-thinking in terms of technology and employs a wide variety of electronic devices and sensors in order to gather data. The information that is gleaned from that data is utilized to effectively manage assets, resources, and services; in turn, that data is utilized to improve operations throughout the city.

The World Economic Forum (WEF) has heard from a number of “stakeholders” regarding how they see a “Great Reset.”
