” He was totally vaccinated. We wish to thank the health care personnel at Walter Reed National Medical Facility for their caring treatment. We have lost a remarkable and loving husband, dad, grandpa, and a great American.”

Powell’s guidance in a number of Republican governments really helped mold United States foreign relations in the last years of the 20th century and even the very early years of the 21st century.
