Geofencing, which places restrictions on a person’s movement and or the geographic area in which they can purchase goods and services, and possible loss of bodily autonomy are the defining characteristics of prison cities in which cameras and microphones are used instead of security guards and are connected to artificial intelligence algorithms that calculate social credit scores.

A “smart city” is an urban region that is forward-thinking in terms of technology and employs a wide variety of electronic devices and sensors in order to gather data. The information that is gleaned from that data is utilized to effectively manage assets, resources, and services; in turn, that data is utilized to improve operations throughout the city.

The World Economic Forum (WEF) has heard from a number of “stakeholders” regarding how they see a “Great Reset.”

“As folks go back to work, we will continue to anticipate digital information and technology to essentially be the foundation for this century and the Great Reset,” said Brad Smith of Microsoft. He went on to say that “we” need to maintain people’s trust in order to go forward. “This involves their privacy and their security as well as ensuring that emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, are used responsibly around the world.”

IMF representative Kristalina Georgieva stated that “Digitalization is the big winner of such a crisis.” She also suggested “public and private investment for low-carbon industries,” bizarrely stating that she wants a “fairer” society while working for the organization that has done the most to deepen global inequality.
“We build equitable, inclusive, sustainable communities that are more resistant to the effects of epidemics and climate change,” said António Guterres, the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

IMF representative Kristalina Georgieva stated that “The digitalization is the big winner of this crisis.” She also suggested private and public investments for low-carbon industries”.

“We build the most equitable, inclusive, sustainable communities that are more resilient to any pandemic influenza and or climate change,” said António Guterres, the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
