In the most recent turn of events concerning the elite pedophile ring case involving the late billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, authorities in the Virgin Islands have issued a subpoena to Google co-founder Sergey Brin to testify before them. Billionaire Thomas Pritzker, the media tycoon Mortimer Zuckerman, and the former Hollywood agent Michael Ovitz, Brin was also issued with court documents.

The subpoenas issued by the attorney general of the U.S. territory want to view any and all conversations and documents that are connected to Epstein and the bank. According to the allegations made in the complaint, JPMorgan Bank aided Epstein’s illegal activity for many years while simultaneously turning a blind eye to it. JPMorgan has responded to the charges made in the pending cases in the United States by stating that they are false.

THE CASE BROUGHT BY THE VIRGIN ISLANDS AGAINST JPMorgan

The Virgin Islands are in the process of compiling evidence for a potential civil complaint against JPMorgan Chase regarding the bank’s involvement with Epstein. The subpoenas were issued three days after the news broke that Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan, will answer questions under oath in the ongoing litigation. After Jes Staley resigned as CEO of Barclays in 2021 in the wake of an investigation by United Kingdom financial regulators into his connections with Epstein, the bank is attempting to recoup more than 80 million dollars that it had previously paid to former JPMorgan investment banking chief Jes Staley.

According to the allegations made in the complaint, JPMorgan ignored Epstein’s actions despite receiving recommendations from him for high-value business possibilities while he was engaged in illegal behavior. The bank has stated that it was not aware of Epstein’s alleged criminal activities and so cannot be held accountable for them.

THE PARTICIPATION OF BRIN as well as OTHERS

The subpoenas issued by the attorney general of a U.S. jurisdiction want to view any conversations and documents that are connected to the bank and Epstein. Brin is one of the people who helped build Google. The complaint filed in the Virgin Islands says that JPMorgan Bank had the ability to protect the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse from the pain and anguish they experienced. On the other hand, the bank decided to turn a blind eye to these legal issues while at the same time continuing to make use of their banking connection in order to expand their company with new customers brought in by Epstein.

Reports claim that the civil complaint says that JPMorgan enabled Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking and abuse by enabling the late billionaire to remain a customer and by assisting him in sending money to his victims. The case was filed against JPMorgan in civil court.
