Former Israeli Prime Minister and ex-head of Israeli Military Intelligence, Ehud Barak, reportedly visited Jeffrey Epstein’s New York City apartment several times between 2013 and 2017, according to documents obtained by the Wall Street Journal. The documents revealed that Epstein scheduled at least three dozen meetings with Barak during the four-year period, and they also showed that the two took flights on Epstein’s private jet. Barak claimed he was introduced to Epstein in 2003 by former Prime Minister of Israel Shimon Peres, and that he would visit Epstein regularly during his trips to New York, often accompanied by his wife.

The documents obtained by the Wall Street Journal provide new details about Ehud Barak’s scheduled meetings with Jeffrey Epstein. They showed that between 2013 and 2017, Barak visited Epstein’s New York City apartment dozens of times. In 2016, newspapers published photos of Barak entering Epstein’s townhouse after Epstein’s arrest in 2019.

Barak’s Private Flights on Epstein’s Jet

The documents also revealed that Barak took flights on Jeffrey Epstein’s private jet, including a January 2014 flight to Tampa, Florida, where the two reportedly visited a US military installation. Barak clarified that he only flew on Epstein’s airplane twice, accompanied by his wife and Israeli security detail.

Barak’s Defense Against Allegations

Ehud Barak claimed he never participated in any party or any other improper event around Epstein. He also denied meeting Epstein with girls or minors, or even adult women in an improper context or behavior. He maintained that his meetings with Epstein were for business purposes, and he was never involved in any wrongdoing.
