The WEF has asserted that access to water is not a basic human right and has pushed governments all over the globe to impose water rationing on families as a strategy to tackle climate change. The fact of the matter is that there is NO shortage of water anywhere on the earth.

In spite of efforts to hide the truth, more and more individuals are coming to the conclusion that there is a massive ocean hidden beneath the crust of the Earth, which has a significant amount of untapped water resources.

The mantle rock contains water in a form that is neither liquid nor solid nor gas but is instead a fourth state that resembles a sponge. This condition of the water was found by scientists. It was discovered in this study, which was published in the journal Science under the title ‘Dehydration melting at the top of the lower mantle,’ that there is a huge quantity of water stored in a form of rock known as ‘ringwoodite’ almost 400 miles below the surface of the Earth. This water was found to be contained within the rock.

“The ringwoodite is like a sponge, soaking up water,” geophysicist Steve Jacobsen, who was part of the team that made the discovery, noted. “There is something very special about the crystal structure of ringwoodite that allows it to attract hydrogen and trap water.” This mineral has the potential to hold a significant amount of water when exposed to the conditions of the mantle.

Jacobsen continued by saying, “I think we are finally seeing evidence for a whole-Earth water cycle, which may help explain the vast amount of liquid water that can be found on the surface of our habitable planet.” For decades, researchers have been seeking deep water that doesn’t seem to be there.

Scientists were able to determine that the water was contained within ringwoodite by conducting an analysis of tremors. Even if the rock could only hold 1% of the water, there is still going to be three times more water below the surface of the Earth than there is in the seas.

On our planet, there is an abundance of water available to support human existence in a comfortable manner. Despite this fact, members of the globalist elite are conspiring to create yet another catastrophe in order to punish and humiliate mankind by rationing water in households.
