Canada reveals a trade response opposing Russia, and new migration streams for Ukrainians.

The punishment is a multitude of actions enforced by Canada and its allies over Russia’s infiltration of its self-ruling next-door neighbor. The federal authorities are revoking Russia and even Belarus’ standing as a most-favored-nation trade partner. Northern Korea is the sole country that does not enjoy that standing with Canada.
