Based on the film, it seems as if the multinational legion that is fighting alongside the Ukrainian military is taking on a more prominent role. The video footage shows an American clothed in military uniform striking a pose in front of the charred remnants of a tank that the American claims were once Russian.

James Vasquez, a veteran of the United States Army and a construction contractor from Connecticut, is the one who uploaded the recordings to Twitter. According to his Twitter feed, he landed in Poland on March 15 and entered Ukraine the following day, taking a number of surveillance drones with him. On March 18, he was sent from Lviv to the frontlines of the battle.
